In under 3 months, we’ve hit €1M ARR and are scaling fast. Our system powers smart charging for EV fleets for residential customers, operating at the edge of energy, mobility, and cloud infrastructure. We’re led by an expert founding team and are solving deep engineering challenges with real-word impact.
Our systems are already scaling, but many core pieces still need to be hardened. You'll be key in building the technical foundations for massive growth.
Codes in GoLang / Rust with fluency
Cares deeply about performance, latency, and system-level understanding
Designs software to be efficient, observable, and robust at runtime
Thinks beyond AWS / Azure glue – you build systems, not stacks
Scale a websocket-based platform controlling tens of thousands of live EV connections
Optimize inter-service communication with compact binary protocols (avoiding JSON)
Build resilient, failure-tolerant backend systems for real-world hardware
Contribute to a highly available, cloud-hosted backend with simple, fast recovery models
Collaborate closely with deep tech teams on solving time-critical, system-wide coordination problems
We value architectural thinking that goes beyond stitching together managed cloud services, especially for mission-critical components. We want engineers who understand what they build. If you’ve written your own internal queues, optimized data formats, or built real-time systems that must not fail.
This is a strategic, high-leverage technical role. You’ll shape how we operate, scale, and differentiate at the deepest levels of our platform. Unique equity potential.
