🧩What is the job all about?

We’re on the lookout for a Staff Product Manager to join our Crafter & Designer Team — a strategically important area that connects makers and creators across the world.
Your mission? Build delightful, intuitive, and impactful experiences that empower crafters to create — and designers to share and thrive.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle for both user journeys:

🧶 The Crafter experience: helping users go from inspiration to finished project as seamlessly and joyfully as possible 🎯🎨🧵

🎨 The Designer experience: building the go-to platform for fiber craft designers to create, market, and sell their work — while engaging directly with a vibrant creative community.

🚀 In this role, you will:

• Define and drive the roadmap for the Crafter & Designer platforms
  

• Lead a cross-functional product team (design, engineering, marketing, ops) to deliver real outcomes — not just features
  

• Use research and experimentation to uncover what matters most, and iterate quickly 🔍🔄
  

• Develop clear metrics for success — and deliver meaningful results over time 📈
  

• Champion a product-led mindset across the company
  

• Coach and support other product managers as a senior member of the product team
  

🔎 We image you: 

• Have 5+ years of experience in senior product roles (e.g. Staff PM, Head of Product)
  

• Have built and scaled digital products for international users
  

• Are comfortable working in complex ecosystems with ERP, PIM, CMS, and eCommerce
  

• Have deep user research and data chops — and know how to translate insights into product direction 🧪📊
  

• Thrive in stakeholder-rich environments and can align diverse teams around shared outcomes
  

• Take full ownership of your work, but also enjoy lifting others as you go 💪🫶
