We’re a small, ambitious startup brewing something special—and we’re looking for a hands-on intern to join us in the heart of our production. If you’re passionate about creating, experimenting, and seeing your ideas come to life, this is your chance to get involved in every step of the brewing journey.
From daily production runs and quality checks, to testing new flavour combinations and scaling small-batch ideas into real products—you’ll be a key part of how we brew, bottle, and grow.
Be directly involved in daily brewing and production tasks, including preparation, mixing, filling, and packaging.
Work closely with the team to optimize workflows and improve consistency and quality.
Take part in stock management of ingredients and finished products.
Help implement production systems that support scaling from small-batch to larger volumes.
Assist in developing new recipes and flavours, experimenting with ingredients and ratios.
Support small test batches and gather feedback for improvements.
Collaborate with the team on turning creative ideas into viable, scalable products.
Help maintain a lean, efficient, and sustainable supply chain—tracking stock levels and sourcing key ingredients.
Assist in improving logistics and planning for production schedules.
Support the go-to-market process for new products—from concept and naming to launch and shelf.
Research new markets, customers, and trends that align with our production capabilities.
A front-row seat to small-batch production and hands-on brewing.
The chance to develop real products and see them launch.
A startup environment where your work matters and creativity is encouraged.
Opportunities to learn across production, sourcing, product development, and business operations.
Room to grow with the business—and shape it as we go.
Someone curious and hands-on, ideally with an interest in brewing, food tech, or product creation.
A fast learner who likes solving practical challenges and getting things done.
A collaborative mindset—we’re a small team and work closely together.
Organized, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
