Student/Part-time Business Development Representative (Danish)

Who We Are

Cludo is a leading Danish tech company delivering intelligent search and discovery experiences — because we believe every website and app deserves a search that’s powerful, smart, and designed to unlock the full potential of your content.

Our easy-to-use platform is trusted by marketing and communications teams, as well as web developers, across both the private and public sectors. We help organizations gain insights into exactly what their users are searching for, making it easier to deliver relevant, valuable content.

We’re passionate about helping our customers create smarter digital experiences, guided by actionable insights. And our North Star is clear: we live by our values of Growth, Passion, Reason, and Sincerity as we build toward our mission.

We are now looking for a curious, self-driven, and motivated individual to join our Sales team as a Part-Time Business Development Representative (BDR) focusing on the Danish market. The role entails approximately 15–20 hours per week. You'll be part of our EMEA Sales team, reporting to Matteo Pasquato, Lead BDR, and working closely with our Account Executive for Denmark. This is student/part-time role, offering flexibility while keeping you closely connected to an energetic and collaborative international team.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you’ll be at the forefront of our growth in Denmark — opening doors, uncovering needs, and starting valuable conversations with public institutions, educational organizations, and forward-thinking businesses.

You’ll often be the first person potential customers speak to from Cludo, so we’re looking for someone who is confident, curious, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping others improve their digital experience.

This role is an excellent opportunity if you're eager to grow your career in sales and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our Lead BDR and the wider sales team, with plenty of guidance and learning along the way.

The role entails 15–20 hours per week. Start date is flexible, but ideally as soon as possible.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running outbound sales campaigns focused on the Danish market

  • Proactively identifying potential customers and sparking meaningful conversations

  • Keeping up with market trends, developments in the public and private sectors, and evolving customer needs in Denmark

  • Supporting marketing initiatives, both digital and in-person (where possible)

  • Setting up meetings between prospects and our Danish Account Executive

  • Creating new sales-qualified opportunities for our sales team

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable and confident in navigating conversations with multiple stakeholders — particularly in public institutions and educational environments

  • Resilient — you don’t let rejection knock you down; you bounce back with energy and curiosity

  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken

  • Organized, analytical, and naturally curious

  • Driven by goals, but always focused on doing things the right way

Bonus Points If...

  • You’re a natural self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for permission

  • You thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments

  • You have experience with (or a good understanding of) the Danish public sector and decision-making processes

What We Offer

  • A fun, informal, and creative environment where you’ll have real impact from day one

  • Flexibility to work remotely while staying connected to a close-knit team

  • A genuine commitment to work-life balance (we’re proudly Scandinavian in that way!)

  • A front-row seat to the journey of a scaling tech company, with direct access to senior leadership

  • Invitations to visit our buzzing Copenhagen HQ — with perks like a motion room, sauna, winter bathing access, and kayaks (yes, really!)

  • Regular team social activities to connect with your colleagues

What to Expect in Our Hiring Process

  1. Apply! We review every application carefully, so give us a few days to get back to you.

  2. First Interview: You’ll meet with our Lead BDR, Head of Sales, and a few future teammates (about 1.5 hours).

  3. Culture & Context: To cap off the process, you’ll have a conversation with our CEO.
