Key Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored digital finance strategies that align with their business objectives. 

• Provide expert guidance on digital finance system selection, implementation, optimization and integration to ensure alignment with finance requirements. 

• Support with the selection and implementation of finance platforms and vendors using a structured Request-for-Proposal (RfP) process e.g. Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Lease Accounting software etc. 

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing finance systems and processes. 

• Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights that drive informed decision-making within the finance function. 

• Offer hands-on support throughout the implementation process, including project management, advisory roles, and subject matter expertise. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.  

• Experience in digital finance transformation, finance consulting, or ERP/Finance systems and implementation.  

• Strong understanding of digital finance tools and technologies, including ERP systems and financial consolidation platforms.   

• Ability to assess client needs, develop tailored solutions, and present actionable strategies with strong client-facing skills.  

• In-depth knowledge of financial processes, including treasury, payroll, financial reporting, and consolidation.  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges and implement effective solutions.  

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
