As a Junior Operations Engineer, you will:
Flash, configure, and test hardware devices to ensure reliability and functionality.
Perform detailed quality assurance (QA) procedures, systematically documenting results.
Utilize your soldering skills for minor hardware repairs and modifications.
Regularly review and interpret technical datasheets to support product testing and operations.
Assist with first-level support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware-related issues.
Document processes, test results, and operational procedures thoroughly and consistently.
Solid hands-on experience or interest in operational roles.
Proven understanding or previous experience in QA processes, particularly related to hardware.
Experience with microcontroller (Eg, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, STM32)
Ability to perform detailed and precise practical tasks, such as flashing devices, soldering components, and reading technical documentation.
Structured approach to tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
Residing within commuting distance of our Copenhagen office—no remote, no relocation.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Basic proficiency or interest in Python scripting for automating operational tasks.
Previous experience or interest in providing technical support within the team.
Knowledge of IoT concepts, devices, sensors, and microcontrollers.
A part-time, in-office position (80h/month, 2.5 days per week) with some degree of flexibility about the working days within the week.
