The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive, hands-on individual with a strong interest in operations, IoT devices, and quality assurance (QA). You're technically inclined, have a knack for troubleshooting, and enjoy practical, hands-on work. Your attention to detail and structured approach ensure tasks are performed diligently and timely. Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Operations Engineer, you will:

• Flash, configure, and test hardware devices to ensure reliability and functionality.

• Perform detailed quality assurance (QA) procedures, systematically documenting results.

• Utilize your soldering skills for minor hardware repairs and modifications.

• Regularly review and interpret technical datasheets to support product testing and operations.

• Assist with first-level support by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware-related issues.

• Document processes, test results, and operational procedures thoroughly and consistently.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience or interest in operational roles.

• Proven understanding or previous experience in QA processes, particularly related to hardware.

• Experience with microcontroller (Eg, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, STM32)

• Ability to perform detailed and precise practical tasks, such as flashing devices, soldering components, and reading technical documentation.

• Structured approach to tasks with meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.

• Residing within commuting distance of our Copenhagen office—no remote, no relocation.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Good to Have 

• Basic proficiency or interest in Python scripting for automating operational tasks.

• Previous experience or interest in providing technical support within the team.

• Knowledge of IoT concepts, devices, sensors, and microcontrollers.
