What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring a collaborative, cross-functional team of 5 talented engineers and 1 skilled product designer, championing innovative solutions for our customers and service providers.

• Managing our development cycles, inspired by Shape Up methodology—6 weeks of focused feature development followed by a 2-week cooldown period for bug fixes and improvements.

• Proactively planning and refining product initiatives, ensuring a dynamic, adaptable roadmap, and playing a key role in our exciting preparations for expansion into the German market.

• Facilitating interviews, workshops, and ongoing conversations with diverse stakeholders—both internally and externally—to gain meaningful insights that shape our product strategy.

• Translating insights into actionable plans and briefs together with your team, ensuring that product development aligns with user value, technical feasibility, and overarching business goals.

• Coordinating closely with the organization and team for product launches, including testing releases, facilitating training sessions, preparing help articles, and overseeing product marketing activities.

• Measuring and analyzing the success of product features post-launch, planning strategic iterations and improvements based on learnings.

• Collaborating closely with the CTO and key stakeholders to shape and communicate the long-term vision and strategic direction of the product.

  
  

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a dynamic B2B environment.

• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams, fostering inclusive collaboration and mutual growth.

• Demonstrated success in translating diverse stakeholder insights into actionable, strategic product plans.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, thriving in diverse, collaborative environments.

• Strong attention to detail combined with intuitive product sense, enabling effective prioritization.

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, eager to take initiative and inspire positive change.

• Fluency in Danish or English.

We'd especially love if you:

• Have experience managing marketplace products or platforms catering to diverse customer groups.

• Speak or understand German.
