Join Embankment’s growing team as a Jr. Customer Onboarding Specialist 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Customer Onboarding team in Copenhagen. This part-time role is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in fund administration and financial operations within a dynamic and tech-driven company. 

You will work closely with experienced colleagues to support the delivery of fund administration services to our Danish customers. This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry professionals while contributing to the build-out of Embankment’s operations.

The Position 

As a Jr. Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will support support the setup and coordination of new customer relationships. You will gain hands-on experience in a highly professional environment at the intersection of finance, operations, and client service. Your role will involve taking ownership of client onboarding, maintaining strong client relationships in close collaboration with the Fund Operations team, and ensuring that services meet the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency and responsiveness. 


You will: 

  • Onboarding of new customers, including data collection, controlling, documentation, and system setup 

  • Communicating with customers to ensure that the onboarding process is smooth 

  • Maintaining accurate records and helping improve onboarding workflows 

  • Prepare reporting templates for our customers 

  • Take on ad hoc tasks related to customer service and seamless operations 

 

Your Profile 

We are looking for a student currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. You are structured, curious, and eager to develop professionally in a scale-up environment. You thrive in detail-oriented work and enjoy working with numbers and systems. 


Preferred qualifications: 

  • Ongoing academic studies in accounting, finance, or similar 

  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English 

  • Proficiency in Excel and general digital savviness 

  • Structured, proactive and detail-oriented personality with ability to handle several processes at the same time 

  • Previous experience with accounting is a strong plus, but not required
