We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Fund Operations team in Copenhagen. This part-time role is ideal for a student currently pursuing a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, who is eager to gain hands-on experience in fund administration and financial operations within a dynamic and tech-driven company.
You will work closely with experienced colleagues to support the delivery of fund administration services to our Danish customers. This is a unique opportunity to learn from industry professionals while contributing to the build-out of Embankment’s operations.

As a Jr. Fund Operations Specialist, you will support the day-to-day fund operations team by assisting in administrative and accounting tasks. You’ll gain exposure to fund structures, client interactions, and compliance routines in a high-growth, tech-driven environment. This position is part-time and designed to fit alongside your studies, with flexibility around exams and coursework.
Assist with fund accounting tasks, such as postings, reconciliations, and reports
Help prepare and organize documentation for drawdowns, distributions, and reporting
Support data entry and bookkeeping for management companies
Contribute to authority and regulatory reporting
Collaborate with the operations team in Norway and Sweden
Participate in ad hoc projects to enhance workflows and efficiency
We are looking for a student currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. You are structured, curious, and eager to develop professionally in a scale-up environment. You thrive in detail-oriented work and enjoy working with numbers and systems.
Ongoing academic studies in accounting, finance, or similar
Interest in fund administration or financial operations
Proficiency in Excel and general digital savviness
Curios, proactive and detail-oriented personality
Previous experience with accounting software is a plus, but not required
