We're seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Social Media Content Creator with a deep understanding of the gaming landscape. This role focuses on conceptualizing and producing high-performing content primarily for paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., TikTok Ads, Instagram/Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads) and collaborative partner content. You'll leverage your authentic gaming knowledge to create ads and sponsored content that resonate with gamers, cut through the noise, and achieve specific marketing objectives (e.g., clicks, installs, sign-ups, sales). While organic content creation might be part of the role, the emphasis is on assets designed for paid promotion.
Develop High-Impact Ad Creative: Ideate, script, shoot, and edit engaging video and static ad creatives optimized for various social platforms and ad formats, specifically targeting a gaming audience.
Craft Partnership Content: Create bespoke content (videos, graphics, copy) for influencer marketing campaigns, brand collaborations, and sponsored placements, ensuring it aligns with both our brand and the partner's voice while meeting campaign goals.
Translate Marketing Briefs into Gamer-Centric Content: Work from marketing briefs to develop creative concepts that effectively communicate key messages and calls-to-action in a way that feels natural and appealing to gamers.
Leverage Gaming Trends for Performance: Identify and strategically incorporate relevant gaming trends, memes, and cultural moments into paid and partnership content to boost relevance and performance.
A/B Test Creative Concepts: Develop variations of ad creatives (hooks, visuals, CTAs) to enable testing and optimization for better performance.
Stay Updated on Ad Formats & Best Practices: Keep abreast of the latest social media advertising features, formats, and creative best practices within the gaming niche.
Analyze Creative Performance (in collaboration): Understand basic performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA) related to your creatives and use insights (provided by the media team) to inform future content development.

Direct Response Copywriting: Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive ad copy with effective calls-to-action.

Direct experience creating paid social ads for a gaming brand, product, or service.
Experience working directly on influencer marketing campaigns (creating the content, not necessarily managing the relationship).
Familiarity with ad platform interfaces (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager) – understanding specs and placement needs.
Knowledge of specific game genres relevant to our brand (e.g., CounterStrike).
