The Role of Revenue Operations (RevOps) in a SaaS Business

We help e-commerce businesses gain full transparency into their profitability through data-driven insights, and we have big ambitions for the future. To ensure that our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams work efficiently together and support our continued growth, we are now looking for a talented Revenue Operations Specialist.


Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization

  • Identify and streamline key workflows across the customer journey

  • Improve handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success

  • Ensure consistency and scalability in go-to-market operations

Technology & System Management

  • Manage and optimize the HubSpot

  • Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues, ensuring smooth system functionality and resolving technical challenges for users

  • Own integrations between sales, marketing, support, and finance tools

  • Maintain data hygiene and system accuracy

  • Build and maintain lifecycle stage logic in HubSpot based on internal definitions of Lead, MQL, and SQL.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Create dashboards and reporting frameworks across the revenue funnel

  • Track performance metrics like pipeline coverage, conversion rates, CAC, LTV, churn, and sales velocity

  • Enable leadership to make data-informed decisions

Forecasting & Revenue Planning

  • Support sales leadership with pipeline forecasting and revenue projections

  • Assist in quota setting, territory design, and performance reviews

  • Provide analysis for pricing, upsell strategies, and customer lifecycle

Cross-Department Alignment

  • Ensure marketing, sales, and customer success share common definitions, goals, and accountability

  • Bridge strategy and execution across teams


Who You Are:

  • Experience in Revenue Operations, sales optimization, or similar roles

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience with HubSpot which is the CRM we use, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows 

  • A proactive and collaborative mindset

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing organization
