Our team is rapidly growing, and we are now looking for a talented and passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us deliver the best solutions and services to our clients.

We are looking to both introduce new technologies, architecture and process to allow us to scale 10x, and improve self-healing and self-service.

What you will do 

• Take a central part in building our future platform, including helping us choose technology and designing the architecture, while maintaining the existing platform.

• Build resilient and self-healing systems.

• Scale Infrastructure and DevOps processes to handle 10x current load. 

• Ensure software quality, reliability, and security using DevOps best practices and performance monitoring tools. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software performance, functionality, and compatibility across different platforms and devices. 

• Collaborate closely with our development teams to identify areas for improvement. 

• Ad hoc work to make the scale-up run. We’re still small, so expect some irregular tasks. 

What you bring to the table 

• Experience designing, building and running k8s.

• Proven experience (3+ years) with a focus on Redhat Linux environments, including security best practices. 

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English. 

• Curiosity and drive, and ability to balance technology and design with continuously delivering value.

• Enjoy working together and taking an active part in a positive work environment.

• A passion for delivering a platform that our internal users love.

Ideally, you also have 

• Worked in a start-up or scale-up before.

• Experience with pipelines using data gateways, caching and Airflow.

• Experience with monitoring, logging and tracing through Grafana and Loki.

• Experience with PostgresSQL and Kafka.

• Experience with big data storage and compute, such as Minio, Delta Lake, Spark and Hazelcast.

• Previous experience of automation and scripting and desired state declaration in relevant languages, such as Ansible. 

• Experience with GitOps and tools like FluxCD.

• Interest in on-prem environments, and cloud native technologies.

• Experience with creating and maintaining application deployment pipelines.

1. Online or face-to-face introduction to ag analytics and you (30 minutes). 

2. Case-based interview with selected team members and Head of Engineering (1 hour). 

3. Meet the team, the CEO and Head of Engineering (1 hour).

4. Closing talk with Head of Engineering including practical details (30 minutes).
