The Role

As a Data Science Intern, you will focus on prompt engineering and optimising AI model performance. Your work will involve analysing data, extracting insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and accessibility. This role provides hands-on experience in AI, data analysis, and cross-functional teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimise AI model performance through prompt engineering and experimentation.
• Conduct statistical analyses to extract insights and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality and accessibility.
• Support data science initiatives and contribute to model evaluation.
• Document best practices and stay informed about AI advancements.

Basic Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering or a related field.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and prompt engineering.
• Strong interest or experience in Python, statistics and SQL.
• Creative and solution-oriented approach to challenges.

Bonus skills and traits:

• Experience with statistical analysis and data exploration.
• Knowledge-sharing mindset and structured working style.
• Familiarity with Python and SQL
