To accelerate the adoption of innovative work practices and support our continued growth, we are seeking a Principal UX Designer to join our team in Copenhagen.

Your impact

As a Principal UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our platform and AI Agents. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging solutions. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will also have the opportunity to influence the company’s design strategy and contribute to leadership initiatives.


Your role

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and implementation.

  • Develop and articulate a strong product vision informed by user research and business needs.

  • Serve as a sparring partner to leadership, collaborating closely to create a strong, cohesive user experience across the organization.

  • Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring user needs are at the core of decision-making.

  • Implement best UX/UI design practices to improve user engagement and satisfaction.

  • Foster a culture of design empowerment within the team and across the organization.

  • Effectively communicate design decisions and strategies to stakeholders.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with: 

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution.

  • Proven expertise in SaaS product design.

  • Deep understanding of design principles, customer experience, and usability best practices.

  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of guiding teams and influencing decision-making.

  • Expertise in user research methodologies and effectively applying insights to drive design solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Experience working in Agile environments, utilizing tools like Jira.

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Comfortable with an in-office position. While we prioritize in-office collaboration, we offer flexibility for occasional remote work based on team needs and individual circumstances.


Bonus Points if:

  • Experience as a chapter lead or in a similar leadership role.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools for the design process and day-to-day tasks, such as Figma AI integration, Adobe Sensei, Uizard, and ChatGPT.
