3D Artist Intern

SYBO is part of the Miniclip family and known for the widely popular game, Subway Surfers - the most downloaded mobile game in the world, with over four billion downloads. Located in the heart of Copenhagen, we aim to create playful moments that inspire our fans to care.

You will join a dedicated, strong game team that moves fast and pushes the boundaries of art in the mobile industry. We have a very inclusive and flat structure and you will innovate on a daily basis and love getting your hands dirty with everything game related.

You will report to and be mentored by your Art Leads, but first and foremost you will act as part of the game team.

You will be working on a new game title currently in production. Your daily activities will have a direct impact on the day to day operations and success of the game.

This internship is unpaid and full-time running for the fall semester in 2025.

Your time at SYBO

In the first month, you'll be getting to know the art team and getting a solid grasp of our game art style. You will make your first models and implement them into the project.

After your onboarding month, you’ll take full part of our game making process along with the art team. You will take on art tasks to create assets , work in the Unity project and have a direct impact on the game.

Responsibilities

• 3D modeling both characters, environment and props.

• Importing and setting up 3D graphics in Unity.

• 3D asset texturing.

• You will be involved with every aspect of game production and you will need to love working on a lot of different topics and have the willingness to learn new skills.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Blender and solid 3D modeling skills

• Some understanding of the Unity game engine

• You have a great sense of stylized 3D.

It is a requirement to be enrolled in a university program that supports a full-time internship as part of the education - and you need to be able to commute to our Copenhagen office on a daily basis.

We do not offer relocation, VISA, or house search assistance for internships.

Bonus Points

• Technical know-how regarding particles, shaders and general Unity expertise will be a plus.
