Reporting to the CCO, you will be responsible for driving ambitious enterprise growth by leading developing and scaling the sales organization across newbizz, account management, customer success, and sales support. As such, with a hands-on leadership
approach, you will lead, guide, and mentor the sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture characterized by collaboration, empowerment, and dedication. Moreover, you will develop and execute a high-impact sales strategy, ensuring strong execution across all sales functions while optimizing processes to improve efficiency and revenue growth.
Owning both inbound and outbound sales efforts, you will leverage marketing-led leads and execute strategic account-based initiatives to expand market reach. Additionally, you will strengthen the account management and customer success functions, ensuring long-term partnerships, seamless onboarding, and continued client expansion.
We expect you to hold a relevant commercial degree combined with proven leadership experience in sales and a track record in building and scaling high-performing sales teams. You bring extensive experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within design,
advertising services, SaaS, or related industries. With a deep understanding of complex sales cycles, high-value negotiations, and revenue growth strategies, you are skilled in managing pipelines, optimizing sales processes, and leveraging CRM tools like HubSpot.
Finally, you have experience in account management and customer success, ensuring long-term value creation, retention, and expansion. Fluency in both Danish and English is required.
