We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join True Co. (True Gum, True Mints & True Dates).

Hi there! We’re True Co. A Danish scale-up with a big ambition: to make snacking better. Both for you and the planet. From our factory near Copenhagen, we craft our plastic-free True Gum, sugar-free True Mints, and candy-flavoured True Dates—all using plant-based, natural ingredients. We are extremely passionate about our sustainable brand, our visual identity, and all our visual brand touch points. And we want to stand out from the crowd, constantly improving look, feel and visual storytelling across platforms and activities. Our list of design-related tasks keeps growing, so now we’re looking for a graphic designer to be part of our team of creatives.

The role

Are you a talented designer with an eye for creating beautiful and engaging content? And are you motivated by building a sustainable lifestyle brand? At True Co., you will get to use your design skills hands-on and across a variety of creative tasks, ensuring that you learn and grow as a professional designer. You will, in close collaboration with our Lead Graphic Designer, handle all graphic design related tasks which span widely. The main tasks for the position are:

• Responsible for creation of social media content (illustrations, photos, videos and animations)

• Sketching and creation of mockups

• Packaging design for existing and new products

• Creation of content in relation to cross-channel marketing campaigns

• Design and layout of print materials (flyers, brochure, sales material, fairs etc.)

• Design and maintenance of website and webshop

• Shooting and editing pictures and potentially video

• Ad hoc design related tasks

Your profile

We are looking for a talented designer, who is perhaps early in her/his career. The ideal candidate:

• Holds a relevant graphic design degree (however not a must)

• Is a very skilled user of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and/or other relevant design software

• Experience with video editing and animation tools like Adobe Premiere and After Effects is a big plus

• Enjoys working with illustrations and can match our illustration style

• Has a natural flair for creating beautiful content that excites and intrigues

• Has a natural interest in social media

• Has fluent English skills

• Is passionate about sustainability and climate change
