We are looking for a talented Senior Business Development Manager to join our commercial team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving commercial growth and helping us achieve our ambitious goals. Success in this position requires a strong focus on delivering customer value, an independent and proactive mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills. Experience with Ampler or similar tools is a plus.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs
Lead sales activities, including managing lead generation vendors, conducting product demonstrations, and driving customer implementation processes
Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers
Enhance brand awareness through strategic partnerships and content creation
Promote user self-service by expanding an online knowledge base and creating tutorials
A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business, economics. or engineering
2+ years of experience in management consulting or an in-house strategy role
Passion for driving efficiency—and ideally, a fondness for Microsoft Office!
Strong experience in strategy and commercial development, preferably in a B2B environment
A structured, analytical approach with a sophisticated problem-solving toolbox
A highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
The ability to thrive independently while actively engaging with colleagues for sparring and collaboration
Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong team-player attitude
Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English and Danish (written and spoken)
