We’re looking for talented a Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst to lead data-driven insights that optimize revenue performance across Europe.

This role will focus on evaluating revenue performance across different countries and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), identifying key trends, and ensuring that sales territories are aligned with market opportunities. (And be your own spectacular self.)

We plan to double down on our successful software-only strategy by strengthening our investments in all markets, and expanding our products to all new sectors ready to set off on an electrified future. Once that’s done, the sky’s the limit 🚀

Here are some things you’ll be working on:

  • Analyze revenue trends across European markets, segmented by country and ICP, to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.

  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide visibility into key revenue drivers, performance against targets, and regional sales effectiveness.

  • Interpret pipeline health and conversion rates to assess sales efficiency and recommend optimizations globally and on a per market basis.

  • Work with the CRO to identify gaps and opportunities in revenue performance and recommend strategic actions to improve market penetration.

  • Partner with market research teams to incorporate insights on regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and customer needs into revenue planning.

  • Contribute to product-market fit analysis by assessing how customer adoption and sales performance vary across different European regions.

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue strategies with broader business goals.

  • Present data-driven insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Support leadership in developing business cases for expansion into new markets or customer segments where opportunities arise.

To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue strategy, sales analytics, or financial planning & analysis (FP&A) within a B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with sales performance metrics, forecasting models, and territory planning.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for executive leadership.

  • Experience collaborating with market research and revenue teams to drive data-informed business decisions.

  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, or data-driven B2B environment.

  • Knowledge of predictive analytics and machine learning models applied to revenue forecasting.

  • Understanding of revenue strategies, segmentation and competitive analysis.
