Monthio is looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager - and our new Team Lead - to head up our Customer Success and Support team. We're a fast-growing SaaS scale-up in the financial industry, providing software solutions to large and medium-sized banks and credit providers and we’re looking for someone with in-depth knowledge from banking or asset & consumer finance.
At Monthio, you will drive the development of onboarding concepts and oversee the implementation of software solutions for our customers, as well as serve as a customer success manager for one or two larger banks. Ideally, you’ll have experience with these areas, too.

Our B2B SaaS product is used by some of the largest European financial institutions to strengthen their credit processes and improve their customer experiences. Our solution improves both the quality and efficiency of data collection and consolidation in lending and other banking products. It relieves the banks’ customers and customer advisors from tedious manual labor and gives them a much deeper foundation for solution making. We leverage a wealth of data sources to construct a comprehensive financial overview of any customer, enabling financial institutions to offer better and easier advisory to their clients.
In 2024, large investors such as EIFO & North Ventures invested 85 million DKK in Monthio to support our growth in the European market.
Our Customer Success and Support team plays a central role in our business strategy and in growing existing customers, as our offerings are renowned for their exceptional quality and high customer service. The team is growing, and therefore we are looking for a team lead who would like to take part in that journey.
As Team Lead and Senior Customer Success/Implementation Manager at Monthio, you’ll drive the implementation and adoption of our banking software solutions. You will work closely with our customers to develop onboarding concepts, manage implementation projects, and drive change management initiatives.
You’ll also serve as team lead for the Customer Success and Support team and serve as a customer success manager for one or two larger banks, ensuring that they are satisfied with our products and services and gain full value from them. The team lead will be a member of the sales management team and will report to our Chief Commercial Officer.
Lead and manage a team of 7+ people.
Develop and execute onboarding concepts for new customers, including communication plans, training materials, and change management initiatives.
In close collaboration with our commercial team, manage implementation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction.
Participate in sales meetings with potential new clients.
Act as a product expert, providing guidance and best practices to help clients fully utilise and maximise the value of Monthio's solutions.
Serve as a customer success manager for one or two larger banks, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Monitor our clients' use and adoption rate and initiate actions accordingly.
Work closely with our product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and customer success.
Develop and maintain expertise in the banking industry, with a focus on loans and credits.
Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in customer success or implementation management, preferably in the banking industry.
A strong interest in developing people and teams - experience as a manager is an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of banking.
Strong communicator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management skills.
Experience with organizational implementation, change management, and onboarding concepts.
Experience with SaaS software solutions is a plus.
