At No Isolation, we're looking for a passionate and experienced education professional to help transform how schools support children who are unable to attend due to illness or other long-term challenges. With our telepresence robot AV1, these students can stay connected to both learning and classmates – even when they can’t be there physically.

What will be your mission?

In this role, you’ll act as a trusted partner for schools, Kommunen, and education authorities, helping them implement and maximise the value of AV1. You’ll ensure that every trial achieves its goals and that our partners feel fully supported throughout their journey.

You’ll lead AV1 trials, define success criteria, oversee progress, manage resources, and identify new opportunities where remote access to learning can make a real difference for students.

As the go-to expert for your clients, you’ll provide professional guidance on everything from AV1’s technical setup to pedagogical integration and administration. Drawing on your educational expertise, you’ll ensure that AV1 is not just a piece of technology, but a meaningful contribution to inclusion and participation in German schools.

Your experience will also help strengthen our overall approach, feeding insights from the field into how we continue to develop and adapt our solutions for the German education landscape.

Who are we looking for?

You’re someone who brings credibility and care into every conversation, and you’re not afraid to take ownership. You likely have:

• A strong background in education, ideally in a school leadership, inclusion or digitalisation role, with at least 8 years of experience
• Deep understanding of the German education system and its structures (Länder, Schulträger, Kommunen)
• Experience working with or within local education authorities, municipalities or Bildungsministerien
• Confidence navigating both pedagogical and administrative environments
• Excellent communication skills in German, and good written and spoken English
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and genuine passion for collaboration

Location: We’re primarily looking for someone based in Berlin or the eastern part of Germany. We have offices in Munich, London, and Oslo, and remote colleagues across Europe. You'll report to our Director of Customer Success and work closely with cross-functional teams across all locations.
