THE POSITION:
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers maximize the value of our solutions while identifying opportunities for upselling. This role requires a strong technical background in the Power Transmission and Distribution domain, with an added emphasis on relationship management, commercial growth, and customer advocacy.
