Are you an experienced digital content and CRM specialist with strong expertise in HubSpot automation, AI tools, and website management (Magento)?

As a Content & CRM Specialist, you will ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly across 11 websites and newsletters.

Your work will be key to meeting deadlines, improving conversions, and optimizing performance.

You’ll be joining the performance team, reporting directly to our Performance Marketing Manager, and collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and our design team.

You will work smart and efficiently, utilizing AI-powered tools and automation to enhance workflows, improve personalization, and maximize marketing impact.

 

What you’ll do

  • Own and optimize the digital content execution process, ensuring campaigns go live on time and meet performance goals.

  • Be our HubSpot Expert – Build advanced automations, workflows, and lead nurturing sequences to improve marketing effectiveness.

  • Website & Landing Page Creation – Manage and build web pages using Adobe Commerce (Magento), working closely with designers and sales teams.

  • Email Marketing & Lead Capture – Set up and optimize newsletters, forms, and popups using HubSpot and Sleeknote.

  • Basic Copywriting for Conversion – Write and optimize website- and newsletter content to drive engagement and conversions.

  • Stakeholder Support – Provide website and digital content support to internal teams via Teams support channels.


What we’re looking for

  • Experience from similar roles in content marketing, CRM, or digital marketing. Both agency and in-house experience is relevant.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM-systems (automation, workflows, lead nurturing).

  • Experience managing and optimizing websites via Adobe Commerce (Magento).

  • Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing tools for content and automation.

  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices and lead capture strategies.

  • Basic copywriting and conversion rate optimization skills.

  • Experience with Direct-to-Consumer marketing is an advantage.
