Customer Success Manager

Salary DKK 30,000 - DKK 40,000

Monotree is growing, and we are looking for someone to take on the role of Customer Success Manager.

At Monotree, we place a high value on our service, and fortunately, we only have happy customers who are eager to learn how to make the most of all our features. Therefore, we are looking for a dedicated person for customer success who will work closely with our CEO, our two regional managers, and our product specialist to deliver world-class service.


About the Position

The position involves assisting our customers with daily support and helping our regional managers with onboarding new clients. The role includes both classic support—where customers experience issues with the platform—and more consultancy-oriented work, where customers want to improve their use of features like courses, checklists, or communication tools. In these cases, we often support our clients by drawing on our own and others’ experience.

You will have a desk at our office in central Copenhagen (København K), where six others work. There is also the possibility to work from home. Working hours are standard office hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, and some travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the Monotree platform is a plus, but not required

  • Interest in technology

  • Experience from hospitality, retail, or the service industry is welcomed

  • Fluent in Danish and English at a minimum (additional languages are a plus)

  • Eager to start or continue a career in the tech industry
