As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals. Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting business expansion efforts.

Sales Execution & Lead Management
Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and inbound/outbound activities.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and position the company’s solutions effectively.
Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of deals.
Support contract negotiations and assist in closing deals under the guidance of the Head of BD.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Support account management efforts, including follow-ups and upselling opportunities.
Provide input on customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
Market & Business Development Support
Assist in executing go-to-market strategies and sales campaigns.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts, events, and content initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales activities and progress.
Work with the sales leadership to refine sales processes and improve efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience using CRM (HubSpot)systems and sales tracking tools.
Familiar with tools such as Clay, Hey Reach, Sales Nav.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a hands-on approach.
