About the job

Our production team is at the heart of Sugarcoat, ensuring every branded product meets our high standards. You'll oversee the entire production process - from order processing to delivery - in close collaboration with brand, print, and production partners. This role is perfect if you're a dynamic, hands-on professional eager to streamline and optimize processes.

You will directly impact our clients’ satisfaction, reinforcing their loyalty and making Sugarcoat their trusted partner for merchandise.

What you’ll do

• Own the entire production lifecycle, from sales order to final delivery

• Manage orders with suppliers and ensure smooth operation from A-Z

• Continuously improve and automate production processes

• Identify, build, and manage strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms

• Assist with product selection and design for larger, strategic orders

• Support onboarding of new products and maintain accurate production data

What you bring

You're energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about sustainable, high-quality products. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, love structure, and excel at managing multiple projects.

• 4+ years of experience in production or purchasing roles

• Highly structured, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

• Driven to create efficient, automated processes

• Passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing

• Strong sense of design, branding, and product quality

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Positive, energetic, and eager to help build an exceptional team culture
