As ATLANT 3D’s Head of Marketing, you will spearhead our B2B marketing strategy to boost brand visibility, generate high-quality leads, and position our company as a pioneer in atomic-scale manufacturing. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and has proven expertise in content marketing, product marketing, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). A strong track record in marketing complex or highly technical products—especially in nanotechnology, semiconductors, scientific R&D, or deep tech—is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with ATLANT 3D’s business goals.
- Define ATLANT 3D’s brand positioning and messaging, ensuring consistent storytelling across digital channels, events, and media.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Oversee customer journey mapping, optimizing engagement and conversion touchpoints.
Product Marketing & Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
- Develop compelling product positioning & messaging that clearly communicates ATLANT 3D’s value proposition.
- Lead go-to-market (GTM) strategy execution, including product launches, customer education, and industry reports.
- Implement competitive intelligence insights to refine messaging and campaigns.
Launch, Align & Accelerate Growth

Commercialization & GTM Ownership: Define and execute our GTM strategy to bring new products/services to market and scale revenue.

ABM & B2B Growth: Develop and lead an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to drive pipeline growth with enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Sales & Marketing Alignment: Work closely with Sales and Product teams to create a unified approach to demand generation, revenue growth, and market expansion.

Market Positioning & Revenue Impact: Craft compelling value propositions and positioning strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and expansion.

Event Management & Industry Engagement: Plan and execute strategic events, conferences, and webinars to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership.

Technical Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders, technical communities, and ecosystem partners to strengthen market influence and adoption.
Content, PR & Thought Leadership
- Lead ATLANT 3D’s content marketing strategy, producing high-value content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos).
- Manage public relations (PR) and media engagement to strengthen ATLANT 3D’s presence in the industry.
- Oversee event & field marketing, securing ATLANT 3D’s strong presence at scientific and industrial networking events.
Partnerships & Channel Development
- Identify and manage business partnerships to expand market reach.
- Support business development teams with channel & distributor relationships.
- Lead B2B engagement with key decision-makers in semiconductors, research institutions, and industrial R&D.
Performance Analytics & Continuous Optimization
- Establish marketing KPIs and use data-driven insights to refine campaigns.
- Track and optimize customer engagement, lead conversion, and campaign ROI.
- Leverage analytics platforms and CRM systems to drive marketing efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of execution.
- Collaborate closely with sales and business development, strategic business development, product, and customer success teams to ensure marketing and sales alignment.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and content creators.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have:

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing for deep-tech, semiconductor, or scientific R&D industries.
- Expertise in content marketing, product marketing, and ABM-driven lead generation.
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.), SEO, PPC, and performance marketing.
- Strong background in market research, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience in networking at industry events and PR initiatives.
Good-to-Have:
- Experience working with VC-backed startups and scaling marketing teams.
- Understanding of government & institutional funding for marketing collaborations.
- Familiarity with channel and distributor relationship management.
