Wallhack is a fast-growing scale-up located in Copenhagen.
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious student (15–25 hours per week) to join our company. In this role, you’ll gain extensive, hands-on experience by engaging with a broad range of legal tasks—everything from shaping our IP strategy to reviewing contracts and supporting regulatory compliance. You’ll work closely with senior management, giving you the unique opportunity to influence key legal processes and decisions at a strategic level.
IP Maintenance & Strategy: Help build, maintain, and protect our global IP portfolio, collaborating with external counsel to ensure trademarks and copyrights are effectively managed.
Contract Law: Assist with drafting and reviewing supplier, vendor, and service agreements, ensuring they align with business objectives.
Product & Regulatory Compliance: Review current and future product initiatives to meet evolving legal requirements, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless processes.
International Tax & Intercompany Support: Provide legal input on intercompany agreements and offer support in maintaining compliance across our international subsidiaries.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with senior management, external advisors, and internal teams on legal questions, ensuring issues are identified early and addressed effectively.
You are pursuing a HA(jur.) or Cand.merc.jur. (or similar) and want to apply your legal knowledge in a real-world setting.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple legal areas.
You have proficiency in both Danish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
You bring strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset, collaborating seamlessly with senior leaders and external partners.
You are eager to learn and excited about the opportunity to shape legal frameworks within a rapidly scaling company.
Prior exposure to e-commerce is helpful but not a must.
Extensive Hands-On Experience: Take ownership of critical legal tasks, from IP strategy to contract negotiations, gaining exposure you won’t find in a typical student role.
Collaboration with Senior Management: Work directly with top decision-makers, influencing core legal processes and contributing to strategic decisions.
Flexible Work Hours (15–25/week): Balance your studies with a role that offers real responsibility, shaped around your academic schedule.
Growth Opportunities: As we continue to scale, there’s potential for this position to evolve into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Informal & Innovative Culture: Join a passionate, international team committed to driving the future of gaming peripherals.
Sounds like you? We’d love to hear from you! Interviews are held continuously, so don’t hesitate to apply as soon as possible.
