Normative is now looking for an Head of Demand Generation  in London

At Normative, we're on a mission to accelerate the transition to a net-zero world. We provide science-based carbon accounting products and tailored advice from net-zero experts, empowering companies to report on their ESG data and reduce their carbon footprints.

We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale lead generation through the whole range of performance marketing efforts. This role oversees the lead generation operations as well as ensures our marketing campaigns reach the right people at the right time, driving engagement and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the growth and sales teams to create seamless, data-driven marketing journeys that drive qualified leads.

The role is a player coach role, with individual contribution (by owning some of our key performance tools) and management responsibility (by managing some key contributors to the marketing strategy)

What you’ll do:

  • SAO Generation: Develop strategies to increase quality SAOs, aligning with sales on lead scoring.

  • Optimize Organic Channels: Conduct keyword research for high-intent conversions and collaborate on SEO-optimized content.

  • Email Marketing Mastery: Design and optimize email campaigns using Marketo, leveraging advanced segmentation.

  • Marketing Technology: Own our Marketo instance, integrating with Salesforce, and optimize workflows.

  • Data-Driven Performance: Track campaign effectiveness using GA4, conduct A/B tests, and refine strategies based on data insights.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with content, events, paid marketing, and sales teams for cohesive messaging.



What You Bring

  • Proven track record of driving B2B leads and conversions through organic and email channels

  • Marketo expertise (certification preferred) and Salesforce knowledge

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Experience conducting and analyzing A/B tests on landing pages and email campaigns. Alongside keyword research tools and SEO best practices

  • Project management skills – ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple initiatives.

  • Clear, concise communication – you can translate data and insights into compelling messaging.

  • Strong drive to tinker, experiment, try new things and write a new playbook for the age of LLM.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with revenue operations (RevOps) principles

  • Familiarity with AI and large language models (LLMs) in marketing contexts

  • Background in SaaS or enterprise software marketing
