We’re looking for a Head of Demand Generation to own and scale lead generation through the whole range of performance marketing efforts. This role oversees the lead generation operations as well as ensures our marketing campaigns reach the right people at the right time, driving engagement and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the growth and sales teams to create seamless, data-driven marketing journeys that drive qualified leads.
The role is a player coach role, with individual contribution and management responsibility
Execute on a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive ICP leads at scale and within CAC targets
Manage directly a team of marketing specialists, each owning their respective channel
Own and optimize our marketing automation stack – manage tools, workflows, and integrations to improve efficiency.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns – drive engagement, nurture leads, and increase conversions with targeted messaging.
Segment and analyze customer data – ensure the right message reaches the right audience based on behavior, demographics, and lifecycle stage.
Measure and improve performance – track campaign effectiveness, run A/B tests, and refine strategies based on data.
Collaborate across teams – work with events, paid marketing, content, product marketing and sales to ensure alignment on messaging, lead scoring, customer journeys and performance.
What You Bring
Track record in driving leads for B2B companies
Managed a small team before
Experience in marketing automation and email marketing in SaaS or B2B environments.
Strong analytical skills – you’re comfortable with data and know how to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Expertise with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar).
Project management skills – ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple initiatives.
Clear, concise communication – you can translate data and insights into compelling messaging.
Strong drive to tinker, experiment, try new things and write a new playbook for the age of LLM.
