We are seeking an exceptional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our startup as a key founding team member. In this exciting role, you will drive growth and scale operations for our AI-powered brand intelligence platform, designed to analyze spoken media across Nordic and European markets. The ideal candidate has proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions across the Nordics and a deep understanding of regional market dynamics.
Our office is in Oslo, Norway, but open to the perfect candidate in Copenhagen or Stockholm.
Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy
Build and manage dynamic sales, customer success, and partnership teams
Optimize go-to-market strategies tailored for the Nordic and European markets
Establish and nurture relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
Drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives
Collaborate closely with the product team to align commercial and product strategies
7+ years in B2B SaaS sales/commercial roles, with a track record of success in MarTech or AI/ML solutions
Proven experience in selling B2B SaaS across the Nordics
In-depth understanding of the Nordic and European marketing/PR agency landscape and MarTech ecosystem
Experience selling to marketing agencies and enterprise clients with monthly contracts ranging from $1K-$10K
Established network within Nordic and European marketing/advertising agencies
