Main responsibilities for the role:

In this position, you’ll work closely with the application team, supporting lab operations and making sure we have a steady stream of high-quality data being generated in our application lab.

Responsibilities

• Conduct various sample preparation tasks including media preparation, plate filling and inoculation

• Operate various automated equipment to increase sample flow

• Autoclave and manage biological waste to maintain a safe lab environment

• Perform ad hoc cleaning tasks and similar to support lab operations

• Collaborate with scientists to ensure proper documentation and procedures

Job requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working independently

• Basic knowledge of microbiological lab techniques and sterile work

• Eagerness to learn and be part of a fast-moving company
