WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Ensures efficient and timely project deliveries by Tech Leads.
  • Enhances processes, tools, and reporting frameworks to maintain excellence in project execution.

  • Drives reporting on project and operational performance.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS PRINCIPAL DELIVERY ENGINEER

📌 Ensuring Project Efficiency
  • Perform monthly checks on non-billable hours.
  • Ensure developers accurately track their hours each week.
  • Monitor and optimize project timelines and budgets.

🎯 Key Outcomes

  • All projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Tech Leads have a clear overview of progress, ensuring proactive adjustments when necessary.
🛠 Optimizing Processes & Tools
  • Equip Tech Leads with effective tools and structured methodologies.
  • Define standardized delivery frameworks to enhance efficiency.

🎯 Key Outcomes

  • Tech Leads follow well-documented and proven processes.
  • QA, Design, Commercial teams operate in sync, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Clients experience predictability, transparency, and trust in our delivery process.
📊 Driving Operational Analysis
  • Continuously analyze project execution and operational efficiency.
  • Utilize data from Harvest, Jira, and other tools to improve decision-making.

🎯 Key Outcomes

  • Monthly utilization reports offer actionable insights.
  • Project profitability and efficiency are monitored and optimized on an ongoing basis.
