As Attensi continues to grow and innovate in the rapidly evolving tech space, the complexity of our legal landscape is expanding. With new regulation such as the AI Act on the horizon, it’s essential that we remain agile and compliant while continuing to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

We are now looking for a Paralegal to come in as the 2nd hire to our Legal team to help us navigate this dynamic environment, ensuring our products are compliant, contracts are watertight, and internal teams are informed and empowered. This role is key to bridging the gap between regulatory requirements and our product development, as well as supporting the sales team in closing deals efficiently and effectively.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay ahead of the curve with evolving legislation, including the upcoming EU AI Act
• Raise internal awareness and guide teams on how to stay compliant in an agile and ever-changing legal environment.
• Collaborate closely with our product teams to ensure our solutions meet the highest compliance standards, steering the development of our cutting-edge products.

Commercial Contracting:

• Review, negotiate close commercial deals.
• Act as a trusted partner to the sales team, working hand-in-hand to shape contracts before they go out the door.
• Be a go-to resource for reactive contract management, responding quickly to business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• A legal background with a degree in law or equivalent postgrad qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in legal or contract management (law firm experience not required).
• An interest in tech and innovation, with a hunger to learn and grow.
• A positive, proactive attitude, with the ability to work quickly adapt to challenges and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
