As CTO or tech lead, you will lead our technology architecture, scalability and innovations for our platform. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling the platform to be able to handle the growing amount of users as well as innovating the interactions they have with top-tier LLMs. This is your opportunity to impact the AI industry positively by making AI private, energy-conscious and compliant.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development, innovation and scalability of platform.

• Oversee the integration of the latest data privacy, energy benchmarks/standards and regulations into our platform to enhance user experience.

• Integrate the latest (and compliant) Models into the platform.

• Oversee the UX and ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience at all times.

• Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions accelerate our growth and innovation.

• Champion adopting best practices in software development, security, and data privacy to protect sensitive information.

• Drive the continuous evaluation and adoption of new technologies and frameworks that can benefit our platform and users.

  
  

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.

• Proven leadership experience in a technology role, ideally within web/app development or related.

• Expertise in full-stack development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend languages like Python or Java).

• Experience with back-end development, and implementing/creating machine learning algorithms.

• Demonstrated knowledge of GenAI.

• Strategic thinking, with the ability to lead a team towards achieving ambitious technological visions.

• Strong communication skills, capable of advocating for technological excellence across the organisation.

• Good to have experience with Langchain.
