(Competition Team - Internship)
The GSA Talent Program is highly selective, bringing together ambitious individuals eager to gain real-world experience in global startup ecosystems. As a Junior Startup Consultant (Competition Team), you will assist in running one of the world’s largest independent startup competitions, working closely with entrepreneurs, ecosystem leaders, and industry experts across the globe.
While the tasks are simple, the learning experience is immense—you will gain valuable insights into how startup ecosystems operate, expand your professional network, and contribute to meaningful projects.

Support the operations team in managing the startup competition process
Assist with startup and partner outreach, ensuring smooth communication
Track competition milestones and maintain documentation
Learn and work within our competition management system (training provided)
Prepare reports and insights on competition activities
Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency across regions
Hands-on experience in the world of startups and innovation
Exposure to top startup ecosystems and global thought leaders
Professional development in a highly collaborative and agile environment

This is an unpaid internship under the GSA Talent Program
Minimum commitment: 5 months (flexible working hours 15-20 hours/week)
Open to students, graduates, and professionals looking to gain experience
Remote-friendly (Offices in Copenhagen, Pécs and more, but team members are global working remotely as well)
