At WARM, we provide real-time, accurate radio airplay data to record labels, managers, publishers, and other music professionals worldwide. Our goal is to build a data-driven music industry via our radio airplay monitoring services and help music professionals better understand and leverage radio exposure.
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to help us expand and develop the reach of our newly launched genre-based airplay charts. The internship is an excellent opportunity for students, whether as a full-time internship as part of their studies or for at least 15 hours per week.
Support our business development efforts by identifying partners to distribute our genre-based airplay charts.
Find and engage with potential users (record labels, radio promoters, managers, and more) through digital channels.
Develop outreach strategies and contribute ideas to optimize our distribution and partnership efforts.
Analyze and report on results, helping refine our business development approach.
Assist in marketing initiatives related to genre-based charts, our core product, and business growth.
A structured, proactive person is eager to take the initiative.
A hard-working, curious learner interested in the music and media industries.
Fluent English skills (oral and written). Bonus if you speak German, French, or Spanish.
A background in business, marketing, or project management (or relevant studies).
Intense research and communication skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
Real-world experience in the music and tech industry, alongside experienced entrepreneurs and international team.
Flexible working hours (hybrid setup: mix of in-office & remote).
Opportunity to build a strong portfolio within business development and b2b sales.
Location: Ideally based in Copenhagen for in-office collaboration, but remote candidates in key music markets will be considered.
Commitment: Minimum 15 hours per week (or full-time as part of studies).
Duration: Minimum 3 months.
Compensation: Unpaid internship.
