We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join the Upnova team in Helsinki. As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in helping eCommerce brands unlock their full potential. You’ll be the face of Upnova for our clients, guiding them to success with tailored upsell strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Onboarding: Help merchants set up and optimize our Upnova platform on Shopify, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Crafting Upsell Deals: Analyze store data to identify the best upsell opportunities and create effective strategies tailored to each client.

Sales & Client Engagement: Build relationships with merchants, understand their needs, and drive conversions through consultative selling.

Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to evaluate client store performance, identify trends, and optimize upsell campaigns for maximum impact.

Upsell Strategy Advisor: Provide clients with actionable insights to improve their store’s performance and grow their revenue.


Requirements:

Sales Skills: Proven experience in sales or business development, with the ability to communicate value effectively.

Customer Success: A track record of providing excellent customer support and building long-term client relationships.

Data-Driven Approach: Comfortable analyzing data and leveraging tools like ChatGPT to craft impactful upselling strategies.

Excellent Communication: Clear, concise, and professional communication skills to engage clients and provide top-notch support.

E-commerce & Shopify Expertise: Having experience in eCommerce or Shopify is a big plus.
