SOME OF THE THINGS WE LOOK FOR

• Experience with developing native iOS apps using Swift, SwiftUI, and ideally, UIKit.

• Passion for iOS and all other operating systems in Apple’s ecosystem.

• Dedication to staying up to date with the latest trends in iOS, Swift, and software development in general.

• Motivation to become part of and learn from a team of experienced and passionate developers building apps for iOS, Android, and the web.

• A curious mind looking for ways we can improve the products we build and optimize our working processes.

• Desire for adhering to design patterns and writing well-structured and tested code, and building maintainable workflows.

• Interest in not only writing the code that make up an iOS app but also in taking responsibility for other process involved in shipping an app, such as code signing, distributing apps, and automating these processes.

AS OUR iOS DEVELOPER, YOU WILL…

• Become a key member of team consisting of 2 - 10 developers specialized in iOS, Android, and backend development who are responsible for building and maintaining 1 - 3 existing or new projects.

• Be part of a company that prioritize work-life balance and recognize that employees perform at their best when their personal life is supported and stable.

• Participate in creating scalable, maintainable, and tested software that we can work with over the next several years.

• Join us in building industry-leading products using technologies that are native to iOS. This includes Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.

• Work in close collaboration with our design, quality assurance, and strategic teams to build delightful products that make a difference in people’s lives.

• Provide your input on how we best utilize the toolbox of frameworks provided by Apple to create industry-leading products for iOS, iPadOS, and Apple’s other platforms.

• Take a product from idea all the way into the hands of users, and as part of this, do proof of concepts, define requirements, design the solution, and distribute the final product to the App Store.

• Maintain our CI infrastructure built on top of GitHub Actions. Don’t worry if you don’t have experience with this. We’re happy to help you get acquainted with it!

• Get dedicated time to explore new technologies and discover how they can fit into our products, for example during WWDC.

• Get the opportunity to share your knowledge with your fellow colleagues as well as learn from them during day-to-day work and our scheduled knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Fully embrace the Swift programming language and follow the Swift Evolution closely, taking advantage of any new features that we can see providing value.

• Operate in an open, inspiring, and highly trust-based environment, where your opinion matters a lot and will highly define the direction of our codebases as well as the experience we deliver to our users.

• Be assigned a mentor, regardless of your experience level, for the first weeks at work, so you can get familiar with our ways of working.
