With Fullview's cobrowsing solution, customer support teams from companies like Michelin, First National Bank and Personio, can see and visually guide their customers inside their web and mobile products, delivering a faster and better support experience.

In engineering, we are currently working on a number of ambitious initiatives that are going to take the customer support space to a new level, particularly delivering customers on-screen guidance, step-by-step, fully automated. Our awesome team of 10 engineers, spread across EU, needs help from experienced engineers who are excited about the AI-revolution, find it fascinating to build a product that is being leveraged to support millions of users, value ownership, and are geared towards action with intensity.

What you're going to do:

• Help us further develop and maintain our global SaaS product, leveraging technologies such as .NET 9, Orleans, NodeJS, MongoDb, ElasticSearch, K8s, Redpanda, NGINX and Terraform, among others

• Drive our initiatives, leveraging modern AI for automated customer support, dealing with all aspects of bringing such a solution to life like data-extraction/-preparation, contextualization, CoT, RAG, evaluating top-notch tech for executing on our product vision

• Evaluate options and tools to achieve our goals more efficiently, if applicable by driving PoCs and RFCs shared with the team

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team and founders while also engaging directly with customers through Slack channels, emails or occasional meetings

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience on large-scale distributed systems

• Proficient in at least one of these stacks: .NET (>5), Go, Java

• You enjoy digging into the details of service implementations and continuously help to improve them as the platform grows

• Passion for performance-tuning and efficient resource-consumption

• Code quality and system security aren’t an afterthought for you, and you achieve this through automation, unit testing, and structured code reviews

• You make clear communication a priority and do not refrain from openly discussing thoughts and opinions with a clear focus on solving issues at hand in a pragmatic way

• Bonus points: previous experience at a fast-growing startup that dealt with high-traffic and scaling challenges
