About the Role

We’re looking for highly motivated Software Engineers to join Kiku’s founding team, working closely with our CTO to shape and drive progress. This is a rare opportunity to be a part of influencing how AI-agents will work and take ownership of building cutting-edge solutions for a worldwide problem in a completely new way.

As part of the core team, you will independently own and drive parts of the product. You don’t need years of experience but must bring talent, hunger to learn, and a strong interest in AI and agentic workflows.

You will thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment, and your contributions will directly impact the future of recruitment technology and our ability to scale.
