Role Summary:

As a Product Design Intern at Themison, you will be an integral part of our product team, working alongside the CEO (who also serves as Chief Product Officer), researchers, and developers. Together, you’ll collaborate to refine and improve our solution, translating user research into impactful Figma designs. You’ll actively participate in client conversations, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to ensure our product addresses real-world challenges in clinical trials. Additionally, you’ll contribute to our evolving brand identity as we update our website, logo, and visual language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to conduct user interviews and gather feedback from trial managers, clinical site staff, and patients.

• Translate user research into actionable Figma designs, refining workflows and interfaces to enhance usability and engagement.

• Iterate on existing designs to address user pain points and improve the overall experience.

• Participate in client meetings to understand pain points, identify room for improvement, and brainstorm new ideas.

• Work with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs into the final product.

• Support brand design efforts, including updates to the website, logo, and visual assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

• Test and validate design solutions with users, leveraging insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Figma and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

• Interest in healthcare innovation.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and contribute to discussions on product and brand strategy.

• Excellent communication skills and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Visual design skills and an interest in contributing to branding efforts are a plus.

• Danish is not required.
