As our Customer Success & Event Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in helping our customers succeed while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of events. From collaborating with event organizers to creating efficient processes, no two days will look the same!


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building strong relationships with our customers through excellent communication and support.

  • Assisting with customer onboarding and helping them succeed with Preo’s platform.

  • Developing and improving processes to optimize event operations.

  • Representing Preo at festivals and events, ensuring smooth execution and gathering feedback.

  • Collaborating with our team to deliver insights that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes.


What We’re Looking For:

  • A self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Passion for the event and tech industries.

  • Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

  • A team player who’s excited to contribute to a growing company.

  • Willingness to travel and participate in events during the spring and summer season.

We're having a remote-first mindset, but you can get a flexible desk in our office space in Nørrebro which is shared with other creative companies.
