Indo Naturals is a Norwegian impact-based lifestyle brand and product development company, offering natural and zero-plastic products made ethically in rural India. We are Norway's only World Fair Trade Organization member and operate an Impact Monitoring System and a Supply Chain starting in rural India. Our B2B model aims to give other brands and organizations easy access to impact-based products using our Supply Chain and Impact Monitoring System. The solution is centered around our online portal, making the sourcing journey easy and straightforward for the customer. The offer includes a high level of transparency through Product Storytelling and an Impact Report, and the customer can choose to include our Fair Trade Certification mark (WFTO). We call our B2B solution; Source For Future, and it's created using our online portal where any organization can inquire about a product for our B2B catalogs or a new product. The B2B product sourcing process and online portal have been newly developed and are in beta versions. As an intern you will be a part of testing the process and portal and helping improve them simultaneously as we work with customers.
As a Business Development Intern you will be scouting for new B2B leads, emailing, following up, and managing clients in the portal as well as working with management on B2B business expansion strategy planning and portal/process improvements.
The position is flexible and cloud-based. It includes continuous contact with management over messages and roughly one online meeting per week. The work is done mostly independently.
