In this role, you’ll work closely with our amazing Marketing Team consisting of our Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Marketing Designer, Sr. Brand & Communications Manager, Content Marketing Manager and our Marketing & Project Coordinator to support key marketing initiatives. From helping execute SoMe content to keeping us on track with our deliverables, your work will help fuel Relesys' continued growth and success. 🎯📲

Responsibilities: 

As a Social Media and Content Coordinator, you play a key role in our marketing team, working closely with our Content Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities will include,  but will not be limited to...

  • Create engaging text and visual content (graphics and videos) that sparks engagement and builds our brand awareness across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook 🎨
  • Plan and publish content that aligns perfectly with our content calendar 📅
  • Interact with our audience by monitoring and responding to comments and mentions on social media - because conversations build communities! 💬
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and bring your bold ideas to the table💡
  • Analyze social media performance and deliver actionable insights to our Content Marketing Manager 🔍
  • Contribute to the production of case studies with our fantastic clients 🏆
  • Support with email marketing campaigns  ✉️
  • Assist with SEO for website content  🌐
  • Research competitors thoroughly to keep us a step ahead 🕵️
  • Ensure that social media content across platforms is consistent with our brand and tone of voice ✅

Who are you?: 

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience from a similar role. 🧳
  • You’re familiar with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and have an interest in contributing to strategies that engage audiences. 📱
  • Documented results from social media content. 🏆
  • Top-notch at creating visual content in Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar program.🖌️
  • Excellent analytical skills. 📈
  • You have a commercial mindset and keep KPIs in focus when creating content. 💡
  • Love to keep up with social media trends. 📱
  • Super organized and never miss a deadline. 🗂️
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where ideas quickly turn into action. 🚀
  • Communicate clearly and articulate your ideas with ease. 🗣️
  • Excellent English written and verbal skills. 💬
  • You’re proactive and eager to learn, with a hands-on approach to tasks and a "can-do" attitude. 💪
  • You’re a team player who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys supporting colleagues to achieve common goals. 🤝

Furthermore, it would be great, but not required, if you:

  • Have experience with SEO is great ✍️
  • Familiarity with tools like Webflow, HubSpot and Google Analytics is a bonus 🌟
  • Experience from a B2B or SaaS company is a plus but not a must. 💼
