At NORNORM, we're on a mission to redefine workspaces with sustainability and circularity at the heart of our approach. We envision a future where sustainable practices in workspace design benefit people, businesses, and the planet alike.

How We Make it Happen: Our integrated service offers everything needed to create impactful, adaptable workspaces—from design and installation to layout updates, repairs, and replacements. We ensure workspaces are constantly optimized, allowing our clients to thrive while minimizing environmental impact.

Who We Are: NORNORM is a fast-growing scale-up, backed by leaders in the furnishing industry and investment from growth equity firms. We’re pioneering a sustainable, subscription-based solution for workspace design across Europe, with a presence in Copenhagen, Amsterdam, Stockholm, Berlin, and London—and we’re expanding rapidly.

About the Role: Supply Chain Network Planner

We are seeking a Supply Chain Network Planner to join our team in Copenhagen. As we are currently restructuring our Supply Chain team, we are looking for a creative professional eager to collaborate on developing standardized processes and shaping innovative ways of working. This role is critical in managing stock distribution across NORNORM’s network of Circular Hubs and third-party warehouses, ensuring cost-effective and efficient supply chain operations.

As our new Supply Chain Network Planner, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing stock flow, tracking transfer costs, and supporting network expansion decisions. Your contributions will directly contribute to NORNORM’s mission of delivering sustainable and circular workspace solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Stock Distribution Planning: Plan and manage stock transfers between Circular Hubs and third-party warehouses. Optimize load sizes and reduce transfer frequency to improve cost efficiency.
  • Forecast and Collaboration: Consume forecasts from each market to plan weekly or biweekly transfers. Work with Demand Planners and Project Installation Managers to ensure stock accuracy and replenish inventory based on demand forecasts.
  • Inventory Management: Control and measure OTIF stock at Circular Hubs to support local hubs. Reconcile weekly stock levels and support accurate order picking for PIMs. Perform ABC classification of stock per warehouse and support settings for ROP, EOQ, and MOQ to automate transfer orders.
  • Cost Tracking and Optimization: Track and analyze transfer costs, including EUR/LDM and pallet KPIs, across the Circular Hubs and the entire network. Identify cost outliers and opportunities for optimization within Circular Hubs.
  • Process Improvement and Expansion: Support the design and layout of NORNORM’s supply chain network. Act as a key contributor to decisions on network expansion and regionalization.

Your Profile:

We believe the ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:

  • An educational degree in Supply Chain and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in D365 SCM and Excel.
  • Experience in balancing stock between warehouses and creating transfer plans.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work methodically.
  • High moral standards and a strong sense of responsibility.

What We Offer:

  • Early Responsibility: Shape the future of NORNORM from day one.
  • Flexible Work Arrangements: Support for work-life balance with flexible hours and hybrid work options.
  • Collaborative Environment: Join a diverse team of industry experts and entrepreneurs, fostering learning and growth.
  • Ergonomic Workspace & Free Home Office Furniture Subscription: Your comfort is our priority.
  • Open, Positive Culture: Our values—"We care, we dare, we do, we make simple easy"—create an open, collaborative workplace.
  • Competitive Compensation & Growth Opportunities: Be part of a company that values your contributions and supports personal and professional development.

The position is hybrid-remote, with a primary emphasis on working from the office.
