Our solution, Autoflows, is a unique customer data platform for the automotive industry that allows dealers to take action on data and grow their business through intelligent data structuring and marketing automation. Autoflows is already well established in Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Italy, Belgium, Germany, and the UK. We work with the most prestigious brands and dealers in the world such as Audi, VW, Porsche, SKODA, Seat, Peugeot, Opel, Suzuki, KIA, Ford, Volvo, Renault, Mercedes, and Citroën. Working together with the leadership team, and your other commercial colleagues, you will be in charge of building awareness of Autoflows in all our markets. You will report directly to the CEO as part of the management team and will be in charge of the marketing team of currently three employees.
You will be expected to bring solid project management skills to build and maintain a strong plan as well as experience with growth strategy and activities. You must have a commercial mindset with a customer focus and understand what drives customer behavior when it comes to trying and buying new solutions so you can design the right marketing activities.
You will take the lead on all the marketing activities together with your team to build awareness and lead qualification.
This role is key in our strategy to unleash ag analytics’ potential in the rest of Europe. The role is highly impactful, and you will deliver and see results from the first day.
Marketing strategy and plan: Design, prepare and manage overall marketing plan for all our markets
Lead and drive marketing activities that drives sales leads
Unlock thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, events and PR
Lead generation and management: Ensure that we communicate and follow up on the right target customers
Customer Journey Funnel: Optimise and implement the optimal funnel steps.
Implement Funnel KPIs: Optimise, implement and follow up on the optimal KPI measures
SoMe org / SoMe paid: strategic planning and management of all social media activities including paid media for our segment
Overseeing all online activity: testing, and analysis for performance optimisation.
Collaborating with sales teams, aligning efforts and drive results.
Distributing content effectively to targeted audiences.
Events: oversee the planning and execution of best-in-class events such as webinars, fairs and online meetings including materials and visual identity
Project manage your plan and ensure activities are delivered on time: design, plan, execute, and adjust.
Track your performance and adjust accordingly
Manage a team of 3 colleagues and ensure optimal workflows and performance of the team

Extensive Marketing Experience: A minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing.
Leadership skills: Experience with managing a team and with developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations.
Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing content that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand narrative.
Tech industry: experience from tech, preferably SaaS.
Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to substantiate strategies and value propositions
Proven commercial awareness and business acumen
Must speak fluent English.
This is not a remote role, it requires for you to work from our Copenhagen office.
