THE POSITION:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of our projects and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role, you will cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, supporting their onboarding, achieving project goals, and maximizing the value they derive from our innovative technologies. This position requires a blend of project management expertise, domain knowledge of the Power Transmission and Distribution industry, and a customer-centric approach to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Management: Oversee customer projects from initiation to completion, including defining technical solutions, maintaining project plans, coordinating with customers, managing internal communications, mitigating risks, and providing status updates or handling escalations.
  • Installation Support: Support installations, integrations, and deliver customer training. Some travel may be required.
  • Technical Deployment: Lead coordination with the project engineers to conduct line analysis, sensor commissioning, software deployment, and solution integration into customer EMS/SCADA systems according to customer needs.
  • Customer Onboarding: Lead the successful onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their needs.
  • Goal Tracking: Monitor project goals and ensure customers achieve expected outcomes to unlock value and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical guidance, respond to feedback, and assist with installations or maintenance tasks.
  • Collaboration: Stay aligned with internal technical teams on product updates, features, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Power Transmission and Distribution industry.
  • Strong understanding of the energy sector, grid technologies, and project management principles.
  • Certified in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent), with practical experience in managing IT or SaaS deployment projects.
  • ITIL certification is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in German preferred.
  • Proven ability to balance technical complexities with customer needs, delivering seamless and impactful customer experiences.

  • High sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills, with experience in technical environments.
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects, tasks, and customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with industry protocols for integrating data into EMS/SCADA systems.
  • Ability to work effectively within an international team.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional work outside standard business hours.
