About the Job:

Tinka is on a mission to empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to harness the full potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in a transparent and compliant manner. Our platform is designed to integrate seamlessly with various AI tools, ensuring that organizations can effectively manage and oversee AI applications while maintaining human oversight. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Co-Founder to join our team, bringing expertise in full-stack development and a keen interest in building innovative solutions from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Define and Execute Technology Strategy: Align the company's technological vision with business objectives to drive innovation and growth.

• Architect Scalable AI Systems: Drive the design, development, and deployment of reliable and high-performance AI solutions.

• Build and Lead the Technical Team: Recruit, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers and data scientists.

• Drive AI Research and Product Development: Lead technical decisions on foundational AI research, product development, and infrastructure.

• Ensure Compliance and Security: Implement robust data privacy and security measures, ensuring adherence to industry regulations.

• AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in developing AI solutions, with knowledge of machine learning frameworks and AI integration.

• Leadership Experience: Prior experience in a technical leadership role, ideally within a startup or fast-paced environment, is advantageous but not mandatory for candidates demonstrating exceptional skills and passion.

• Availability: Ready to commence as soon as possible, with a preference for candidates located in Denmark or remotely within the EU.
