Our Sales team

You will be joining our high-performing global Sales team, an essential part of Reshape’s growth. We focus on building strong relationships with enterprise customers, managing complex sales cycles, and delivering impactful solutions that drive business success. Our team is strategic, collaborative, and committed to forming long-lasting partnerships that position Reshape as a leader in lab automation and AI.

As a member of our Sales team, you’ll be part of shaping how we engage with top-tier customers, influence the market, and contribute to our global expansion and ambitious growth goals.

 

The purpose of the role

As our new BDR you will be at the forefront of driving growth by identifying new opportunities and spearheading top-of-the-funnel activities. Collaborating closely with our Account Executives and Account Directors, you’ll take the lead in prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. Whether it’s through LinkedIn, email, or a phone call, you’ll be the one making connections, building relationships, and uncovering the needs of our prospects.

Your mission is to demonstrate how Reshape Biotech’s products aren’t just solutions but transformative tools that address challenges and unlock new possibilities. It’s about igniting curiosity and creating pathways to exciting opportunities.

 

This is what you will be doing:

  • Driving outbound prospecting efforts through LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.

  • Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new sales leads to build a strong pipeline.

  • Maintaining a clean and accurate CRM (HubSpot) to ensure seamless sales processes.

  • Gaining a deep understanding of prospects’ challenges and presenting solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Supporting the sales team in achieving quarterly targets and goals.

  • Contributing to smarter market insights to enhance targeting and outreach strategies.

ABOUT THE HIRING PROCESS The hiring process at Reshape is usually divided up into 4 steps: 1. First interview is all about learning about each other. We want to give you a deep background on Reshape, what we stand for and where we want to take the company, and we want to learn about who *you* are and what *you* stand for as a person. 2. The second interview is focused on diving deeper into the technical parts of your future role, learning deeply about your experience in you respective field and where you want to go as a person. 3. The third interview is a meet & greet with the team. We care a lot about our culture and want to take great care of it. We’ll invite you in for an afternoon to meet the current team in a relaxed setting to give you the opportunity to see what it is like to work at Reshape. 4. If an offer is extended, we will talk through and clarify any doubts or questions. Often this is a phone call at the end, or we’ll invite you in to discuss if necessary. For certain hires, we may adjust the process a little bit, but we will make sure to cover the topics so all parties feel comfortable about making a final decision.
