As Customer Success Associate in Dripdrop, you’ll play a key part in putting an untraditional eco-friendly Danish rain tech startup on the map. Dripdrop is the leading hotel umbrella service in the world. Our customer- base primarily consists of the biggest and most recognized brands such as: Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, Scandic and so on. Before you know it, Dripdrop will be a standard service offering on most hotels. The road to that is paved with building a highly skilled and extremely customer focused team.

You have some relevant experience of handling and helping customers but even more than that, you’re hungry to develop in this role. You’re motivated by working hard and making an impact.
You are the face and voice of our brand in many day-to-day situations and you’re a central part of shaping how we handle customer success as we grow into a big and globally impactful company in the coming years.
You are part of a 5-person team and and work closely with our Customer Success Manager, Anne Eickenberg.
Be part of our support rotation, which includes handling email and phone communication with partners and customers, managing tasks relating the end user, and onboarding new partners.
Develop and maintain direct relationships with customers, including senior stakeholders.
Gain a deep understanding of customer needs.
Assist customers in getting the most out of Dripdrop.
Provide support to users when they encounter challenges.
Collaborate with the Dripdrop team on ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Dreams of working and performing in an ambitious and friendly small startup team whilst also performing independently.
A need to be helpful.
Some experience in handling customers.
Perhaps direct experience from the hospitality industry.
